For a start, here is one of my new favourites from Garance Doré

Casual, elegant, perfect for summer/hot spring.

But my new favourite when it comes to street style is this Spanish (Madrid-based) blog.

Most of the posts are interesting and more casual/+elegant than extravagant and to me (of course there are examples!) this seems better than looking at oddly dressed Stockholm-based teenagers. Or, what's worse, oddly dressed older Parisians.
